The SMART Process

Benefits
Assessment - By participating in a SMART assessment, you will receive an in-house, professionally administered assessment of your organization's training needs. This also includes assessing individual employees’ skills needs. You can choose to include as few or as many employees as you desire.

Once the assessment is complete, New Horizons of Minnesota will give you learning prescriptions for your selected group to help you understand the training needs of that group.

Training - In order to help you meet the training needs as prescribed by the assessment, New Horizons of Minnesota offers you number of training options. Depending on the needs and preferences of your organization, they include:

  • Customized instructor-led training class
  • Public courses at New Horizons of Minnesota or a local CTEC
  • Self-study learning delivered through Microsoft Enterprise Learning Library (MELL)
  • Microsoft Press Books
